Bidding willbe conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified in the IRR-A of R.A. 9184. Only Bids from Bidders who passed the eligibility check will be opened. The bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall undergo the post qualification stage in order to finally determine responsiveness of the bid to technical and financial requirements of the project. The contract shall be then awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification procedure.
Bidding Documents may be purchased starting January 5, 2010 to January 25, 2010, 12:00 noon at the 4th Floor, BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee depending on the total amount of the Approved Budget. Only those prospective bidders who bought the bid documents will be allowed to attend the pre-bid conference scheduled on January 12, 2010 at 1:00 pm. The BAC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bid and reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or part thereof, to waive formality therein or to accept such bids or to award any work that is most advantageous to the City Government of Taguig.
