Poblacion is comprised of barangays Sta. Ana, Wawa, Bambang, Tuktukan, Ususan and Hagonoy with Tuktukan as the seat of government and Sta. Ana as the seat of the Catholic Church. This extends to Brgys. Calzada, Palingon, Ligid and Ibayo-Tipas and Napindan. These barangays of Lower Taguig are the origins of the native Taguigenos.

- A fitting tribute to the heroes of Taguig during the World War I

BANTAYOG NG MGA BAYANI NG TIPAS - A monument in memory of hundreds of men in Tipas killed by Japanese soldiers
TAGUIG CITY HALL - Built in 1959, the already rundown building was renovated and reinforced in 2003
SHRINE OF ST. ANNE - Built in 1587, one of the Philippines' oldest churches

DAMBANANG KAWAYAN
- A century old church made of pure, native bamboo
MUSEO DE STA. ANA - The repository of artifacts detailing the rich religious culture and history of Taguig since 1857
